Love Song had a really fun set design, and gave me a few opportunities for some fun practicals. I used LED light strips on the bar shelves, a modern chandelier above the sofa, and a single light bulb that was on a pully. This single light bulb represented the “spirit” of one of the main characters, getting brighter and softer depending on their mood throughout the play.
